I suggested a while ago that it would be useful to rename mozipcd to mozilla-ipcd so it doesn't break autocompletion in dist/bin when typing ./mo<TAB>

javier: does OS/2 require short (8.3) executable names as well as short library names?

No, just DLLs use 8.3. Makes sense, right? :-)
