Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird 0.3 (20031126)

Hi. 
 
I tried to do the follows 
 
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.http","/usr/local/bin/konqueror"); 
 
in user.js 
 
but this not works. 
 
How can i fix that? 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put the line user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.http","/usr/local/bin/
konqueror"); 
2. start thunderbird 
3. click on HTML link in email 
Actual Results:  
nothing happens - no browser launching 

Expected Results:  
Open the Konqueror with the URL gived from email
