I get prompted to pick which username "munky" or "munky". If I clean the
password logs, and then enter my name and password it automatically prompts me
with two user names.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I don't need to do anything it simply happens

Actual Results:  
When I press "OK" it works, but it shouldn't be prompting me with the same login
name twice.

Expected Results:  
Considering both names were the same, it should automatically input it.

Probably a problem with an old profile from the previous password manager.
