20031219 tbird build, WinXP:

There is no way to close the Filters window from the keyboard... since it's a
window, not a dialog, Ctrl+W should be hooked up. Although since the window
looks like a dialog somewhat, also hooking up Esc might not hurt.

Both Message Filters and Filter Rules windows react to Esc now.

Message Filters reacts to Ctrl+W, Filter Rules doesn't.

works fine in tbird 1.0.
