Typo in Mozilla Keyboard Shortcuts.

IRC Chat's Keyboard Shortcut is Ctrl+6.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.mozilla.org/docs/end-user/moz_shortcuts.html
2. Go to General Mozilla Shortcuts
3. see "Start IRC Chat"

Actual Results:
Start IRC Chat Ctrl+3

Expected Results:
Start IRC Chat Ctrl+6
Is Ctrl+3 unmapped?

I fixed the page, but I'll leave this open until that's fixed--skipping from 2
to 4 in this context doesn't look right.
This is one reason why I removed moz_shortcuts.html before. The doc is out of
sync with the Help file (which is more updatd). The onscreen Help version has
been reorganized and has its own tracking bug (bug 232066).

I don't like duplicate content. I'd like to re-write the doc to include only
frequently used shortcuts and some useful ones, and add content like that of
http://www.opera.com/support/tutorials/nomouse/ . Any comment?

Then people who have been updating the code and help file haven't been updating
the doc. The doc is the master copy. It would be really useful if you would
change it (with review from aaronl, its maintainer) to make sure it reflects
reality :-)

ctrl-3 is used by aim. chatzilla is compatible w/ n7 which has aim and therefore
it was in chatzilla's best interest not to conflict.

I think ctrl-6 was already taken by an app but no one really pays attn to any
spec and the list really really really really can't be a file, it has to be
something which can show bindings by version. if i use mozilla1.0 and try
following this *file* i'll be thoroughly confused.
