User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7

After starting a Firebird-session and entering an http://-address nothing
happens, just as if there was no connection to the provider.
The status of my internet connection tells me: no packets going out, no packets
coming in.
I'm not sure if other browsers can request websites or not ...
On closing all firebirds the taskmanager still shows exacly one remaining
firebird task.
On killing this firebird task a new firebird-session can be started and webpages
can be successfully requested.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start firebird, surf until there is no more response
2. Close all open firebird windows
3. Look at the task manager and see one remaining firebird task
4. Kill this task, open a new firebird and continue surfing

Happened every time I used Firebird, sometimes immediately, sometimes after an
hour or 2.
This is just a generic Mozilla Firebird crash...without a more detailed
explanation there's not much to do about it. Marking WORKSFORME. If you come
up with a more detailed and reproduceable set of steps for demoing this bug, I
recommend you open a new one.

FYI, I get the same type of thing every so often while browsing, but only very
rarely. In those instances I just do what you have done, reopen Mozilla
Firebird, and return to browsing.
