User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20040102 Firebird/0.7+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.6b) Gecko/20040102 Firebird/0.7+ The Firebird product page uses the (globe/F) icon used briefly by 0.7+ builds towards the end of 2003, as opposed to the red flame/bird logo the 0.7 and 0.8 releases (will) use - confusing for newbies. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

It's now three days until the 0.8 release. Will the new product page header ("Firebird 0.8" or just "Firebird") use the red icon?

Sorry to pester, but this should really be fixed before the big 0.8 launch, else there'll be confused newbies everywhere.

OK, I've had a go at making a replacement header. I've taken my own screenshot, skewed using the Gimp; the firebird text is from the current header, recoloured with the Gimp. It's hardly perfect - there's no shadow (I've rarely used the Gimp before), but it'll suffice until a more permanent image can be made. This image is consistent with the red icon, and doesn't say "0.7".

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040207 Firebird/0.8.0+ The globe/F icon is used for application window icon and shortcut icon. Greg, are you sure globe/F icon will not be used?

(In reply to comment #5) The 0.8 branch was using the red icon, and we were told 0.8 would too, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is moot now.
