Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.set download option "save all files to this folder" to "d:\mz_tmp"
2.click on download link to "*.exe" type.
3.select "save to disk" action for file type "*.exe".
4.click another link to download "*.exe".

Reporter, is this still an issue?
I don't see what the difference is between this and bug 231412. In any case,
using Firefox 0.8 with the new download manager, the reporter should not see
these problems.
