It looks like your actual and expected results are backwards

Here are my actual results:
4.1.6.7. File::Temp (any)

File::Temp is used to generate a temporary filename that is guaranteed to be
unique. It comes as a standard part of perl

This got fixed by Gerv's checkin dated 2004-01-24 related to the reorganization 
of install docs.
