Are you trying to say the viewsource background color should be configured by
the user and can be diffrent from the default background color for websites?
If this is true we should also set an option for the foreground.

Bug 141251 is simular but thinks backgrounds should be the same.
Bug 62678 is the one that changed viewsource to use black on white
