Outlook Express sets the file date to the mail date when copying a mail via Drag
& Drop. This helps sorting and identifying saved mails. Thunderbird does not set
the file date and thus it will be set to the date the file was created.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. save an old mail via "Save As..." in Thunderbird
2. compare the file date with the mail date
3. save an old mail via Drag & Drop in Outlook Express
4. compare the file date with the mail date


Actual Results:  
file date equals the save date

Expected Results:  
file date equals the mail date
