The Page Info dialogue should display the language of the current page.

Steps to Reproduce:




Initially, the language could be given in the form "en-GB", until the browser
can be taught to interpret this as "English (United Kingdom)".

I don't think there's any consistent way of knowing what language a page is served in, and I don't know if there's any real win to be had even if there were.
