233917 - Signons.txt is enourmous due to UTF-8 encoding loop

Look at the screenshot. The signons.txt file was 130 MB. Firefox crashes when I
type the first character in the query filed (<input>) on Google.

This happened when I installed Firefox 0.8 without changing profiles (I kept the
'default' profile).

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Probably upgrade from Fire(bird|fox) 0.7 to 0.8

Probably has something to do with UTF-8 encoding.

This is fixed in nightly Firefox builds.
