Unseen IMAP folders scanned for spam

Details

Reproduction:
1. Create folder on IMAP server (UW-IMAP in my case)
2. Move many archived mails in there (some of them marked unread?)
3. Create new Mozilla profile (or delete ImapMail cache in profile?)
4. Open same folder

Actual result:
- You see "Downloading mail..." (or similar) flickering in the status bar

Expected result:
- Only INBOX plus specifically marked folders are scanned for spam.
- Archived mail, even if unread and that instance of Mozilla profile never
saw it (but other mailers or instances did), is *never* scanned for spam.
Compare bug 189970, which is about mails marked unseen (by *any* client) by the
IMAP server.
