In an HTML message, a CSS style can be set for the <body> using:
  Format | Page Colors and Background | Advanced Edit | Inline Style

If the 'color' or 'background-color' CSS styles are used, then OK is pressed,
the Page Colors and Background dialog will show those colors in the example box
under the radio button "Use custom colors." (Returning to the Advanced Edit
dialog will show those values in the HTML attributes tab's 'text' and 'bgcolor'
entries.) The other radio button, "Use reader's colors," is enabled.

Actual results:
Selecting "Use reader's colors" plus OK causes no change to the current message;
and returning to the dialog, "Use custom colors" is again selected.

Expected results:
 - Either (1) "Use reader's colors" should be disabled if the custom colors have
been set via the Inline Style. However, that may still be confusing, as it's
not necessarily clear why the selection is disabled.
 - Or (2) Selecting "Use reader's colors" plus OK should turn the colors off,
clearing the color styles from the Inline Style.

Maybe there's a better option than either of those two, but the current behavior
sure isn't it.
