Plug-Ins "run ahead" while one does smooth scroll a page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on smooth scrolling
2. Go to a web page with green QuickTime content
3. Scroll by clicking the arrow key of the scrollbar

Actual Results:  
The plug-in content "runs ahead" of the page. The page then jumps to the new
position.

Expected Results:  
Plug-in and page should move together, as if they were one.

Probably not much we can do about this without switching to a new rendering model.
