Just go to the http://www.eurobasket.com and wait while next page automatically
loads. There's text column in the middle, in the right there is poll form, which
is not responding. Also there are lots of links on the right of the page.
They're not responding, also. I remember about 2 months ago this form used to
work, however only in few builds.

The problem with the links on the right hand side and the inactive
form controls is the same as bug #23161 "[dogfood][EVENTTARG] Can't
click on right hand URLs on CNET" which also involve flow elements
"stealing" events from left|right floats. (So this is really a DUPL).
