In the Bookmark Manager UI, when right-clicking on a folder and selecting "Sort
folder by name", Mozilla sorts the current folder only. Sub-folders below the
current folder are not sorted, which goes against my expectation for the
functions behaviour.

MS Windows XP uses a "Do you wish to apply this to all subfolders" dialog in
some similar situations. A similar approach could be used, but perhaps it's
simpler to just sort all subfolders without any alerts - I'd guess that's the
common user expectation for this function.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Bookmark Manager
2. Assume some folders and bookmarks are present, like SomeRootFolder which
contains some bookmarks, and SubFolder. In SubFolder there are 3 bookmarks, in
order like this: A, C, B.
3. Right-click on SomeRootFolder, and choose "Sort folder by name".

Actual Results:  
SomeRootFolder is nicely sorted. In SubFolder the bookmarks are sorted as
before, A, C, B.

Expected Results:  
In SubFolder the bookmarks should be A, B, C.

Luckily the sort isn't performed recursively on sub-folders.  Otherwise a wrong
keypress would render the whole bookmark a mess.  See bug 209355.

One more note is that it is not possible to sort your bookmarks in the root
directory.  To reproduce this, open the bookmark manager, right click on the
"bookmarks" folder, the option to sort by name is missing.  Also selecting view
--> whatever view in the bookmark manager only affects the view in the bookmark
manager; the view from the menu remains unchanged
