Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.http://java.sun.com/developer/releases/petstore/index.html
2.click download
3.an error alert show

Actual Results:  
can not download source code

Expected Results:  
display next page ,like ie

From bug 171152.  If you are behind a proxy disable it if you can.  If that
works this is a dupe of bug bug 111384.
 Also, Constantine found a workaround: disable OCSP via  Edit ->
Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Validation -> OCSP

i do't set proxy,but my network use proxy(use dhcp and widows domian)
