When printing this page, http://www.egregore.com/diseases/indigestion.html, only
3 of the 5 pages are printed. When printing this other page,
http://www.mozilla.org/roadmap.html, all pages are printed. This also happens
in "print preview".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to: http://www.egregore.com/diseases/indigestion.html
2. File -> Print (All) * (see result A)
3. Browse to: http://www.mozilla.org/roadmap.html
4. File -> Print (All) * (see result B)

Actual Results:
(A)
Only 3 of the 5 pages got printed. Page 1, 2, and 5.
(B)
All pages printed.

Expected Results:
(A)
All 5 pages should be printed.
(B)
All pages printed.

* Note: To prevent wasting paper, you can put the printer queue on "pause"
before you submit the job or just print it to Acrobat, PDFWriter, FinePrint or
other virtual print drivers that allow for preview and/or file/save. Or worst
case scenario, print to a PS printer and save to file (then view the postscript
w/ GhostScript Viewer).
