Doing a Print in Month Style does not add a back-color to text, based on the
calendar type. Even when "Print Background" is chosen on the Mozilla Print Prefs

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print, Month View

Best noticed if multiple Calendars, all active.
Actual Results:
All Output was without a back-color

Expected Results:
Colored the background of each event, if "Print Background" is selected in print
pref's. According to the Calendar Color

reported from ver 2004010914-cal
Blocks: cal-printing
Confirmed same behavior in xpi 2004081911, thunderbird 0.7.3, windows xp.
Verified for week, day and multiweek in xpi 2004081911, thunderbird 0.7.3,
windows xp. Note that for month, multiweek, and week the background for the
days of the week DOES print. This leads me to believe color is not an
enhancement. Given the improvement color output would provide I suggest
changing the severity to normal.
Confirmed to still be present in Calendar 2005011112 (firefox 1.0, winXP) for
all views listed by mike.
