Useful when downloading many large news messages at once that contain binaries,
you should be able to prioritize message downloads.

This feature is available on a program called BNR2 = Binary News Reaper
(http://www.bnr2.org/). This is also something that would work well in tandem
with multipart news messages since they would usually be of large size.

The queue could allow you to select multiple queue entries and move them to a
higher or lower portion of the queue with a mouse drag that would show an insert
line like you see in the bookmarks sidebar.

You could also change priorities of entries in the queue from the messages pane,
which would move them to the top of the queue.

The queue would actually be a stack, since it would be "FIRST IN, LAST OUT"

We could provide the queue in another tab of the program. I will attach a
picture of the queue tab in BNR2.

Binaries is not a use case goal of NNTP support in Thunderbird, and this feature has little applicability outside of Binary newsgroups -> WONTFIX.
