In bmo we have many requests of few people leading to rather large request
queues for some engineers. Those engineers should be able to set a priority on
their requests or build an "ordered list" so it's obvious to requesters where
they fall in the line. 

This would work hand in hand with the bug priority field (did we ever get a bug
on file for engineers being able to build ordered buglists rather than using the
limited priority field?) You'd be able to see what people were working on now
and about to be working on.
