User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

In Mozilla, you can only configure global a SMTP server/port. This creates a
problem where a users has multiple email accounts which need to use different
SMTP servers.

For instance. At work I need to access both my work and home account. My work
blocks outgoing mail for my home account and also blocks external access to port
25. Hense, for my home account I need to specify a different SMTP server and
different port (587) [Also, I would not want any private email tagged with
server names of my employer].

If account/SMTP were linked and I reply to an email which was sent to my home
account, it would then use my home SMTP server to send the reply. Information
on which account originally received the email can also be stored in an
X-whatever type header.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just create a new account.
Actual Results:
No SMTP server is enterable.

Expected Results:
It should tie an SMTP server to an email address/account.
Port number is bug 78357
As for multiple servers: see bug 234712# comment 1 from "Meanwhile" and outwards.
err.. actually there is place for port numbers - it just doesn't show more than
4 digits.
