is this a mozilla bug?

Am I wrong here? Sorry ,please let me know where to open the defect?

does this bug report have anything to do with the web browser Mozilla?
I don't see anything security-sensitive here, so removing flag.

Also, this does not appear to be a Mozilla web browser bug, so marking INVALID.

Reporter, I think you were trying to report a problem to the manufacturer (Sun?
RedHat? IBM? something else?) of one of the products mentioned in the summary,
but this is Mozilla Foundation's bug database and has nothing to do with any of
the products you mentioned.
