Works in IE 6 and Mozilla 1.6, does not work in Mozilla 1.7b
1. go to url http:/wwww.universalthread.com
2. login as a valid user, can view posts, downloads, etc, reply to a post.
3. When replying to a post click on preview button, get a small window in middle
of the screen which CANNOT be enlargeed or resized (cannot only minimize or
close) the window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to url http:/wwww.universalthread.com
2. login as a valid user
3. click on reply
4. add a reply
5. click on preview button
Actual Results:  
get a small non-resizeable window in middle of screen.

Expected Results:  
should display the entire reply, including scroll bar if it does not fit on screen.
this is still happening in 1.7rc1

In addition it happens if I try to read the universal theread magazine with it
first logging on the the universal therad.

it works in IE 6.
