Emoticons are no longer being displayed in 1.7b. If I turn off the "display
emoticons as graphics" option, then they show up. Also, if I highlight the area
where the graphic should be, it does leave an empty space there, as if the
graphic was being displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a message with a smiley in it, i.e. ;)

Actual Results:
Note the lack of the emoticon graphic.

Expected Results:
Displayed the emoticon graphic.
After the fix for bug 84950 on the 10th, theme authors can also theme smilies :)
You must use a theme with support for emoticons in order to display them.
The default themes have this.
