Sometimes we crash, sometimes the data is bad.

The OS/2 clipboard can't support over 64K of CF_TEXT data - so if they try to
copy over 64K, beep.

Note that data is still there and it can be pasted into Mozilla, it just can't
be pasted to another OS/2 app.
