In the page at http://www.geappliances.com/geac/own_instl/, submitting a search
query returns an html page with the .cgi extension in the filename. Instead of
processing the .cgi page in the browser window, Firefox opens a window prompting
the user to save the page or open it with another program.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.geappliances.com/geac/own_instl/
2. Enter any text in the Model # search field
3. Click the Search button

Actual Results:
Firefox informs the user that it has received an html/text file called
tswww.cgi, and prompts the user to either save it to disk or open it with
another program.

Expected Results:
Firefox should have processed the file and displayed it in the browser window.
Firefox reports that the CGI gives "html/text" as the mime type. The correct
mime type is "text/html". I think this bug is invalid.
