Steps to Reproduce:
1.start third party app. generate warranty form and submit
2.mail app starts and inputs text into compose window
3.appears as one line in thunderbird, format ok in outlook 

Actual Results:  
appears as one line in thunderbird, format ok in outlook

format compose page correctly
