I noticed that Mozilla almost always shows a horizontal scrollbar on
http://www.slo-comp.net/ page. It doesn't matter if my resolution is 1280x1024
or 1024x768. Currently I'm using Mozilla nightly 2004041608 on Windows XP, but I
am seeing this for a long time and I also see it in Linux. The scrollbar button
is always just a few pixels away from the full length of scrollbar between arrows.

I just tried in Linux (Fedora Core 2 and Gentoo) and this is also happening
there. Mind you that this doesn't happen all the time. Mostly when reading forums.

Using DOM inspector I narrowed it to right align tables cells.  All the sites
except SLO-Comp.net are bug 239477.  SLO-Comp.net might be, but will need a
testcase to know for sure.
