Overview: In the Address Book open the File menu and notice that the "Print Card
View" option has a dot in the name yet if I select this item the Print dialog
appears.

Expected Results: I would have expected this menu item not to work.
If this item should be working then the dot should be removed.

Verified Fixed. All print items have a dot, are greyed out and do not launch any 
other dialog as expected for beta1.
