User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040421 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040421 The browser used to look similar to IE but now it has red, white, and blue borders. It is taking up almost the whole screen. I can't type in websites to visit and everything is just a bunch of sections of bordered boxes. The borders take up so much room that I can't even see the drop down menus (which are all in a different setup) because I can't scroll down to see options. I want my browzer to look normal again. I don't know if it is some sort of skin but I uninstalled Mozilla and re-installed it twice and it justs keeps showing up like this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open browzer 2.there it is 3. Actual Results: the browser is still all weird Expected Results: I want the default them but it keeps saying either classic or modern. Whichever one I choose just leaves the browser the same. It says I have downloaded a modern theme but I didn't. I tried to download the All American theme after uninstalling and reinstalling hoping to change the view but it didn't work. It doesn't give me the option to view the browser in that when I go to themes.
Sounds like you've accidentally activated XUL debug mode in preferences. If it is hard to turn it off again in preferences: Quit mozilla (and fastload) - search for this string in prefs.js (located in your profile directory) debug.disable_xul_cache If it is there: Edit the file in wordpad. Remove the whole line where that string is. (Mozilla must NOT be running while you edit prefs.js). Save and restart Mozilla. Any change?

rkaa means "xul.debug.box". And yes, it sounds like you enabled this debug
preference (or installed an extension that enabled it)...

You're to do what comment 1 said, except the preference you need to remove from your prefs.js file is called xul.debug.box.

I'm sorry, but this is not a help system... Please see the forums on http://mozillazine.org/ or the #mozillazine channel on irc://irc.mozilla.org for help with that sort of thing...
