I expect that this page is doing something illegal, but Mozilla doesn't display
it properly, so perhaps there is some workaround that Mozilla could do. 
Presumably this displays correctly in MSIE.

I saved a copy of the page and deleted stuff until I got it down to these two
style sheet properties:

    <div style="position:absolute; z-index:-2;"> 
     All work and no play makes The President a dull boy.
    </div>

The above displays as a blank page.

What happens with the full URL is that the menus and header show up, but the
main body of the document does not.
