The filter enabled checkbox in the Message Filters UI is either missing or
invisible (on this system?). It is impossible to predict whether a filter is
enabled or disabled. Execution of the filters by running manually works fine.
However, because it is impossible to determine which filters are enabled only
some of the received mail that should be automatically filtered is.

I first observed this issue upon downloading Mozilla 1.7b (sorry exact build
unknown), but also observed in this 1.7rc1 version (build 2004042110). The
problem was reproducible also in Windows98 on the same system. Toshiba 7220,
PIII with 128MB RAM. Both systems were configured with multiple mail accounts,
although the current windows installation uses only a single account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail&Newsgroups window
2. Select Tools->Message Filters (with either mouse or keyboard shortcuts)
3. Filters are evident, but enabled checkbox is "missing". Enabled column is
present, just no checkbox.

Actual Results:  
Expected a checkbox for each filter spec in the "Enabled" column of the Message
Filters UI. None evident.

Expected Results:  
Expected a checkbox for each filter reflecting the current active/inactive state
of the filter.

"Bug" was introduced due to the theme being used not being compatible with the
version of Mozilla. Reverting to the classic theme resumed normal operation.
