In Mozilla mail, select File -> Offline 2. Select either Download/Sync Now, or Offline Settings 3. In the list of mail folders to select for offline use, use down-arrow to move down the list. 4. You can't set the "Download" checkmark from the keyboard: pressing the space key doesn't do anything, and pressing Enter takes the whole dialog away.
