2444 - failed password on admin page wipes all builds from the tree.

terry,
if I mess the password on the admin page for tinderbox
(http://cvs-mirror.mozilla.org/webtools/tinderbox/admintree.cgi?tree=SeaMonkey),
it passes me to a page that asks for the password again
(http://cvs-mirror.mozilla.org/webtools/tinderbox/doadmin.cgi) and offers to
save it as a cookie.

I put in the correct password here (no cookie) and submit. Then when I go back
to the tinderbox page, there are no builds showing.

If I then go back to admintree.cgi, indeed all boxes in the 'show checked
builds' section are blank. They clearly got wiped by doadmin.cgi or a
derivitive.

Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

Clearing "M" field since Webtools product is not used for 5.0 specific project
bug metrics and will mess up our queries on milestones.

slamm no longer owns tinderbox and is no longer at netscape. Reassigning
to mcafee till a more permenant owner is found so these bugs won't be
ownerless.

Unsetting target milestone so we can delete the old (inappropriate)
Mozilla target milestones from Webtools.

I've failed tbox logins and don't have this problem.
This bug is really old with no activity, I really think
this is a WFM now.
