When visiting http://5uper.net/ the first line of the page's background image
(gif file, set in <body> tag) overlays the context div (overflow:auto;) when
scrolling down. Does Not happen when scrolling up.

Also appears when opening this URL in Composer and scrolling down.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open www.5uper.net/
2. Use the scrollbar arrows in the content block to scroll down
Actual Results:
the lines from the background image appear over the content

Expected Results:
the content should be rendered normaly when scrolling :)

clean installation, default theme, default settings
a bit of additional info:
happens in both top and middle content divs. Lines clear when switching between
tabs, focusing on the adress bar or right-clicking any link.
Summary: The first line (1px) of a background image overlays the scrolling textbox → The first line (1px) of a background image overlays the scrolling div
This is what I see when I scroll down in the div.
