All attempts to uncheck the Underline links option (under Fonts and Colors)
result in an unchecked box but clicking OK and returning to the form shows a
still-checked box. Links in the browser are still underlined.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools | Options...
2. Click Fonts & Colors
3. Uncheck "Underline links"
4. Click OK
5. Click Fonts & Colors
6. see checked check box

Actual Results:  
I think you get it...

Expected Results:  
Well, you know...

if you uncheck it, hit ok, then hit ok again, it works fine in the browser.

but, this is definitely a bug with how the state is getting set here, and can be
visually confusing.

This hasn't been my experience. It's impossible to get rid of the underline once
it's triggered.

filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
