I had an idea to add a stylesheet with XUL tricks in it to Camino's
bookmarks.xml file so that users can display it in the browser (a fairly common
thing) on startup and have a nice functional thing to use, but then I realized
that was silly and redundant work since Camino already has a very nice Bookmarks
view.

So, we should just make it possible to start the browser in Bookmarks mode.
this was fixed by bug 215235.
