Details

When you hit return in an empty list item in the middle of a list, it's supposed 
to split the list and insert a break between them so that you have someplace to 
type (a blank line).  I broke that late in m13.  Easy to fix, this is just a 
reminder so I'll remember to do it when tree opens for m14.
