246815 - No messages whatsoever on Tools -> Options

If I go to the options menu under Tools, I get the new options window, with
buttons on the left. However, none of them works, and some of them even display
XUL errors on the middle area of the window when clicked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Tools, then Options
2. Click Advanced or Extensions, for example
3. Look at the message :-)

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
A form with the advanced settings for firefox.

Please, ignore this error. It was indeed something with previous data in
.firefox directory. I could not mark this bug as invalid or delete it.
