Some locales are not up to date vs en-US.

Some contain strings removed from en-US, other are missing some strings added to
en-US.

This is using Seamonkey cvs as of 20040627.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for goDateCmd.label in {en-US,de-AT}/menuOverlay.dtd.
2. Search for calendar.server.dialog.username.label in {en-US,fr-FR}/calendar.dtd.
Actual Results:
en-US does contain goDateCmd.label and not calendar.server.dialog.username.label.
de-AT does not contain goDateCmd.label.
fr-FR does contain calendar.server.dialog.username.label.

Expected Results:
Each locale should define the same entities.
en-US should be considered the development language (ie, contains all the
actually used strings and none of the unused ones).
Who should r/sr this one?
Checked in.
Thanks
