Get Flagged is an instance where "flag" != "star" -- the flagging doesn't mean, "this item is special" but "this item is one of the set I wish to get." Ideally, in this case, the flag would disappear after the Get -- more of an extended selection. And so, it wouldn't be persistent; and so, it wouldn't require enumeration; enumeration would be automatic by the action of flagging. This feature is a holdover from newsreader days, especially reassembling binaries (which is a still-unimplemented feature). I wonder how common headers-only POP mail usage is. I wonder if there'd be many complaints if Get Flagged just disappeared.
