I don't see this in Seamonkey 1.8 trunk builds. But I do see it in Thunderbird trunk builds. Do you guys know of any global CSS or xul syntax changes that would have caused this problem? I'm guessing I'm just out of synch on something. All check boxes and radio buttons in menu items are getting auto stretched for me.

I see this bug with a Thunderbird Linux Gtk1 trunk debug-build from today. I also tested the latest official mozilla.org Linux Gtk2 trunk builds of TB (20040707) and FF (20040708). Both *don't* show this problem. Could this be a problem only visible in debug builds? But my Seamonkey debug build from yesterday doesn't have this bug either.

I've been seeing this in my win opt builds for awhile now.

The jar.mn overrides for qute need to be restored. Instead of using qute's menu.css, thunderbird is using classic's menu.css; thunderbird does not avoid themes/classic like firefox.
