User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2

On both Yahoo mail and Hotmail, FF only allows plain text. On Yahoo mail with
IE, there is a toolbar on the web page when you compose an new email that allows
to manipulate text such as "Bold", "Underline", Align, etc. This tool bar is
not being shown. I also noticed on IE when you compose a new email, the webs
page shows "(Plain | Color and Graphics)" next to word "Compose" on the top left
when you start a new Yahoo email. FF does not show these options. It is only
allowinf FF to compase an email in plain text. FF is also having the same
problems with Hotmail. When you compose a message on Hotmail with IE, in the
"Tools" option on the web page, it shows a "Rich-Text editor ON" option. FF
does not show this option on Hotmail. Therefore in both Yahoo and Hotmail, FF
restricts you to plain text only.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto mail.yahoo.com
2. Log in
3. Take option to Compose
4. Notice no toolbar on top to manipulate text
5. Goto www.hotmail.com
6. Log in
7. Take "New Message" option
8. Click on "Tools" button in Hotmail's toolbar
9. Notice no option to turn Rich text editor on

Actual Results:
Allows plain text only when composing emails

Expected Results:
Should have options and toolbars to allow rich text
