Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close all open Firefoxes 2. Open new Firefox and go to http://n.ethz.ch/student/dmaeder/bluevirus/main. html#fpics.htm#11g1 3. When finishing loading click on the picture (...Telde before...) 4. Wait for some seconds Tried it offline too and could reproduce it as well. Actual Results: The pop-up window starts to flicker and firefox is using ca. 90% of CPU It stops if you click on the title bar and start again if you release your mouse button. Expected Results: Not flicker.

Also seen on http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/. You will have to go through a couple pages first (accept buttons at the end of the pages). The Country selector menu when popped-up and scrolled down a little exhibits this behaviour. Tried version 0.9.3 on W2K and on Mac OS X which both behaves this way.

Also happens on Linux nigthly build from aviary branch: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040926 Firefox/0.10 The OS should be set to all.

It seems trying to reload something every .1 second Page is chaged so it's not possible to reproduce (no popup) ->INVA
