Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2

When clicking on the picture at http://n.ethz.ch/student/dmaeder/bluevirus/main.
html#fpics.htm#11g1 , the pop-up window starts to flicker after about 1 second.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all open Firefoxes
2. Open new Firefox and go to http://n.ethz.ch/student/dmaeder/bluevirus/main.
html#fpics.htm#11g1
3. When finishing loading click on the picture (...Telde before...)
4. Wait for some seconds
Tried it offline too and could reproduce it as well.
Actual Results:
The pop-up window starts to flicker and firefox is using ca. 90% of CPU
It stops if you click on the title bar and start again if you release your mouse
button.

Expected Results:
Not flicker.
HTML Page modified. So the bug isn't reproducable anymore.
Summary: Popup-Site starts 'flickering' → Popup-Site starts 'flickering'
Also seen on http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/.

You will have to go through a couple pages first (accept buttons at the end of
the pages). The Country selector menu when popped-up and scrolled down a little
exhibits this behaviour.

Tried version 0.9.3 on W2K and on Mac OS X which both behaves this way.
Confirm that:
Firefox 0.9.2
Win XP SP2
Also happens on Linux nigthly build from aviary branch:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040926 Firefox/0.10

The OS should be set to all.
Flags: blocking-aviary1.0?
It seems trying to reload something every .1 second
Page is chaged so it's not possible to reproduce (no popup)
