I'd like to request an option for no wrapping in the composition window, but
before the message is acually sent, the message would be wrapped.

In other words, some times I want to compose a message and not see the wrapping.
 But before the message is sent, I want it to be wrapped so the reciepent does
not have a hard time reading it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Compose a new message.
2. No way to turn off wrapping in the compisition window...
3. ... and still have the message wrapped before it gets sent

Add this line to prefs.js:
  user_pref("mail.compose.wrap_to_window_width", true);

On rereading this bug, perhaps reporter is actually looking for a way to just
have the text your typing go on in a single line, without wrapping even at the
window edge, and with horizontal scroll bar -- but I don't think that's the
case. If it is, see bug 262475.
