If you go to:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/default.asp

and press and hold the mouse cursor on the:
"Download the MSXML Technology Preview" link the text below moves!

build 2000012609
Text doesn't move for me... I'm using an older build (2000012520).
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
This bug is still in build 2000020215...
The text still moves for me.
Try pressing and holding your mouse on the "SOAP up Your Apps" link
The page has changed, but even so this looks like it's fixed with the latest
build. I believe the bug was a DUP of a bug that was fixed recently

Marking WORKSFORME and not FIXED, because I don't know for sure when it was
actually fixed

This doesn't work quite for me.
Go to:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/default.asp
and click and hold on the "A Programmer's Perspective on NTFS 2000" link
Now watch the "Key Topic" links move!

It only happens the first time you press the link, but you can reload and do it
again.
Yes, I do see things move slightly. Changing component to HTML Tables

Adding incremental reflow keywords.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Target Milestone: M18
I can't find any of the name links on this page. Since there are so many links
it would be helpful for some reference point. I tried other links and had no
problems.
