Unable to download bank statements from NatWest, browser just refreshes instead of downloading OFX.

But if you click to download statements (in a OFX format, i think) into MS Money the browser just refreshes to the login page instead of asking what to do with the files or starting Money. Downloading statements works OK with IE so its not a site problem Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.visit www.nwolb.com 2.login 3.download statement in MS Money format Actual Results: Broswer just loads the login page again, so it just logs you out. Expected Results: Ask what to do with the file, or ask "do you want to start money?"

Hi, Natwest has recently redeveloped their online banking site. Can you see if this is still an issue?

No response from the reporter for more than 3 months. I am going to mark this WFM. James, if this is still a Problem with a latest Nightly (don`t have a NatWest Account for reproducing), than feel free to reopen
